The Istanbul Rugby Sevens organization is powered by the Turkish Rugby Federation (TBSF) to promote Rugby to the Turkish citizens, as well as to promote Turkish Rugby to the international Rugby community. A special thanks goes out to Mr. Şahin Kömürcü, the Chairman of the Turkish Rugby Federation.
